Owner, HR on Demand

Jorge J. Rivero is the former District Director for the USDOL in South Florida and was responsible for developing and directing the Division’s programs and operations in his area of jurisdiction. Since retiring from the Department of Labor, Mr. Rivero has acted as a consultant for businesses in designing policies and procedures and implementing compensation systems to ensure compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other employment laws.  Mr. Rivero also serves as an expert on the FLSA in the federal district courts in major litigation throughout the Country.

Jeanette Escudero was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. During law school and for the first year of her legal career, Ms. Escudero worked for the State Attorney’s Office as an intern and then as a Prosecutor.

Javier Moreno joined HR on Demand as a Consultant in 2018. Before joining HR On Demand, Mr. Moreno served as the Director of Operations and the Director of Human Resources at a healthcare facility that employed over 220 healthcare professionals.

Elizabeth Cepero began her career with the US Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division in 1989. During her first 25 years of service, she served as a Wage-Hour Investigator, assisting hundreds of businesses with FLSA and FMLA compliance.
