Our Full Compliance Assessment Includes:
An on-site conference with the employer or employer representative to gain an understanding of the client’s business operations.
A review of sample payroll and timekeeping records,
A review of compensation and benefits policies,
A review of payroll and timekeeping practices to ensure employees are paid correctly,
A determination of possible exemptions that may apply to the employer or its employees,
A determination as to whether employees have been classified correctly as exempt or non-exempt
Employee interviews, if necessary, to determine proper classification (employees not clearly exempt),
Non-exempt employee interview to determine compliance issues not evident from face of the records (this will be a representative sample, at client’s discretion),
A review of existing employee handbook to ensure that it covers and complies with employment related laws, and that the policies and procedures contained therein protect you make sense for your business. We will provide change or update ideas or suggestions, if deemed necessary,
